Steep in the warm halcyon of Japan, as we follow Nathalia (@fieldtripkid) on her trip to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
Tranquility; Zen (禅)
There is an otherworldliness about Japan. A calm aesthetic of pastel walls and Murakami-esque narratives. Away from the neon signs and Pachinko machines, a brooding sense of reassurance hums through the air. Perhaps it is the tea, or the unfiltered blue skies; the very entity of the land is everything but still.
"We classify too much, and enjoy too little." ― Kakuzō Okakura, The Book of Tea
Nathalia shot all the images and videos above with the OOWA 15 mm and 75 mm lenses.
